This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival.
