SearchSpot requires explicit confirmation before paid bookings, cancellations, refunds, or other material actions are completed.

We may charge fees for certain features, bookings, or services. You agree to pay all fees shown before payment, including provider charges, taxes, convenience fees, service fees, or other disclosed charges.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to keep your payment information current.
Payment alone may not guarantee booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed after SearchSpot or the provider issues a ticket, voucher, booking ID, PNR, or confirmation message.
Travel services may be provided by third-party hotels, airlines, activity operators, aggregators, payment providers, and other partners. Provider terms, availability, cancellation rules, and refund rules may apply in addition to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information when making bookings and understand that SearchSpot.ai is not responsible for inaccuracies in your provided information.
Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, reissues, and changes are subject to provider rules, fare/rate conditions, and SearchSpot's published refund policy.
Users are responsible for verifying traveler names, documents, passport, visa, transit, health, entry requirements, travel dates, times, locations, guest counts, baggage, cancellation rules, and special assistance needs before purchase.

Users must have the right to upload documents and content submitted to SearchSpot. Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive documents unless needed for booking or support.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in Gurugram, Haryana, India, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SearchSpot.ai regarding our Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
