Refunds, cancellations, reissues, amendments, and no-shows depend on the provider, fare, rate, activity, and booking conditions shown before purchase.
Some hotels, flights, activities, provider fees, service fees, and payment charges may be non-refundable where disclosed or required by provider terms.
Before payment, SearchSpot aims to show the provider or supplier, final price, currency, taxes, service or convenience fees, and known cancellation/refund status.
Prices, availability, fare rules, cancellation rules, and provider conditions can change until provider confirmation is issued.
Payment alone does not always mean booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed after SearchSpot or the provider issues a ticket, voucher, booking ID, PNR, or confirmation message.
If payment succeeds but booking fails, SearchSpot will try to complete the booking, offer a replacement where practical, or initiate refund handling according to provider and payment timelines.
Refund timelines depend on provider approval, payment provider processing, banking rails, card or wallet issuer timelines, and reconciliation.
SearchSpot will provide updates when a refund request is created, approved, rejected, or completed where those statuses are available.
Customers must submit accurate traveler details and documents. Refunds may be denied or reduced if incorrect details, missing documents, missed check-in, visa/passport issues, or provider policy breaches cause booking failure or denied service.
