This page explains how SearchSpot.ai uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and app.
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser. Essential cookies and first-party product telemetry are required to run, secure, measure, debug, and improve the service. Marketing analytics and ad tracking are not enabled unless separately introduced and disclosed.
• Essential cookies are always active because they are required for sign-in, security, and core service operation.
• First-party product telemetry is required to measure conversion funnels, detect reliability issues, understand product usage, and improve the service.
• Marketing analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, heatmaps, and session replay are not part of required telemetry.
• Functional cookies support preferences such as currency and location-based features.
For users in India, we align cookie/data processing with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), including Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 on lawful processing grounds, notice, consent standards, and legitimate uses.
We also align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (notably Rule 3 notice requirements).
As notified by MeitY in G.S.R. 843(E), relevant DPDP provisions came into force on November 13, 2025. We use this consent flow to support those requirements in product behavior.
• You may refuse browser or device permissions for feature-specific data such as precise location, but related features may not work.
• If you do not agree to required cookies and product telemetry, you should not use SearchSpot.
• If optional marketing analytics are added later, SearchSpot should provide a separate choice before enabling them.
