There are 11 steps to the front door, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Once inside there is a lift to floors 1 and 2. Parking is suitable for vehicles up to 1.90 metres, vehicles that cant use the parking will have to park on street. *On-line check-in must be completed prior to arriving. There is no facility to check in after 22:00 and keys must be handed into reception no later than 10.30 on day of departure. There must be 1 responsible adult aged 18 or over in each room. The Sheldon cannot take DSS or unaccompanied children under any circumstances.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
