This hotel is the first of its kind that has exceeded all the required criteria. The staffs are extremely helpful and responsive. The hotel is at its cleanest and best architecture, the morning food spread is AMAZING and location is just 15-20 mins max from the international airport. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you require. The attention to details given is a very impressive work. From the moment I checked in and till my check out - it is 10/10 from my side. Infact I felt sad while leaving and I would anytime stay in this same hotel, everytime I visit Pune. Excellent rating from myside !

It was an impulsive decision to stay here because my work went on till pretty late and I wanted to visit this property because my friends had enjoyed their stay there. Except for a minor hiccup during check-in, the experience was flawless. Mr Desai, Chetan, Disha, Them and many more contributed to making my experience superlative. The super premium experience begins right at check-in, there's a basket of expensive Red Delicious Apples at the reception for anyone feeling snacky. Tea and Coffee made available gratis while the check in formalities are being completed. Having stayed at a bunch of premium properties in Asia (I avoid pricier hotels in Europe and the US because they just don't have the knack to serve) I have to admit that my stay at this property was one I will remember. The hard product ie The room was amazing. Huge rooms with a walk in closet and a large bathroom. The bathroom is well stocked with cosmetics from Forest Essentials which is a premium brand. The only issue I faced was having to call someone when I wanted to watch Netflix. Their TVs aren't Netflix ready and someone from the staff has to plug in a firestick before it is OTT enabled. I ate dinner and breakfast there and both of the meals were very good. The attention to service and detail is what one looks for when visiting an establishment of this calibre and I wasn't disappointed. I will be back. PS: The infinity edge pool was amazing and I was super tempted to extend my stay by another day just to swim in it. PPS: Folks, please change the Apples at the reception. They've become a bit mealy.
