Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. During October to April, if youd like the pool heated there would be a $80.00 fee per day. Unlike other systems you can also heat the spa independently from the pool, and the fee for that would be $25.00 per day. One thing to note is that you dont have to heat the pool every daty if you dont want. We also have a pool cover to help maintain the heat. The heating hours would be from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
