About Soma Birds Lagoon
Located within Dr Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, Indian’s largest, Soma Birds Lagoon provides a tranquil stay in close proximity to nature. It offers rooms along Periyar River. Rooms are simply furnished, featuring large windows that allow the fresh air in. Fitted with either a fan or air conditioning, they also come with a private bathroom. Some rooms have balconies which overlook a lake. The Soma Birds Lagoon Hotel is located about 50 km from Kochi International Airport and 45 km from the Aluva Railway Station. A variety of indoor activities like organic farming and bird watching can be enjoyed.
