Access to the front door is via 5 concrete steps 2m in width and with a 16cm rise. Assistance with luggage is available. The dining room and guest lounge are on this level with no further steps. Access to the first floor is via a staircase with a wooden bannister. There are 16 steps with a turn after 8. The steps are 85cm wide with a 17cm rise and 25cm tread.
