Our self-contained accommodations — from cozy studios to two-bedroom houses — each feature a private terrace and garden. Fully equipped for your convenience, they include a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine (pods). Bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available in every unit. Just 4 km away, the village of Pianottoli-Caldarello offers shops and local services, while several restaurants can be found in Figari, 7 km from the property. The nearest beaches are less than 10 minutes away, and Figari Airport is also only a 10-minute drive. Ideally located to explore the South of Corsica, Résidence Terracorse is a perfect base for discovering Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio, Sartène, or the mountainous landscapes of the Alta Rocca, all within a 15-minute to one-hour drive. Please inform Terracorse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Rental is available at the property. Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment. Please contact the property in advance to give your estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that a EUR 45 to 95 EUR end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price.
