We viewed many properties in the Morbihan area before buying La Guihaie. Our properties were fully refurbished 10 years ago to suit an English couple. Many features were retained (tiled floors, log burners, high A-frame ceiling in Bugul Noz) while bathrooms and kitchens all received modern updates. We bought the properties a couple of years ago because we thought they were fantastic – and still do; we haven’t changed much, except to re-decorate, re-equip and re-furnish. Of course, our tastes will be evident in things such as bedding and towel colours. No doubt the books, CDs, DVDs and pictures and ornaments will delight some and raise eyebrows with others – we simply ask you to enjoy it all as our guests. Whichever property you book, you will find that it is fully equipped for the holiday. Inside you will find space to relax, games, books and TV (French & English freesat services). Outdoors, each property has its own patio and barbeque. Set in Saint-Martin-sur-Oust, 22 km from Redon, Melusine offers free bikes and free WiFi.
