Liked: It’s a very quite location with decent sized rooms. The only downside is the absence of any suitable place to sit for a quick meal or a small desk to work.

Liked: Excellent communication from the staff. Arranged our preferred bed sizes, were able to accommodate our request for a villa with a bath. Arrived to a heated unit. We loved that we were slightly out of town, because it was quiet and tranquil, but close enough to get to attractions in and around Taupo. Could be better: The pillows were below standard and can do with replacing. Though clean, the villas are in need of some upgrades, as, for example the bath surrounds look dirty because it has seen better days. The couch and arm chairs were frayed and the coffee table had a loose leg.
