Highgarry Cottage is part of Ardgarry Farm and dates back to 1868. Peaceful idyllic rural location well away from any major roads. Ideally placed for touring and the major tourist attractions in the area. Ben Nevis and Fort William, Loch Ness and Fort Augustus, Inverness and Skye can all be easily accessed from Ardgarry Farm. A spacious well equipped kitchen large enough to accommodate 4 people. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and the other a twin, and the bathroom with bath and shower. The Cottage comes with all the usual accessories associated with a 4 star property. The Cottage looks out to the surrounding mountains and forests and backs on to grazing land used by our 4 Shetlands and 2 Donkeys. Forest, river and mountain walks from Ardgarry Farm. There are 2 Hotels, a shop and petrol station in village and an outdoor activities centre catering for most outdoor pursuits within 2 miles. PLEASE NOTE; We do not accept children under 6 years of age in the cottage. Highgarry Cottage is situated in Invergarry. White water rafting, canoeing and kayaking are just some of the outdoor activities which can be enjoyed within a 3-mile radius. Free WiFi is provided in the Highgarry Cottage, as well as picturesque views towards the surrounding mountains and pine forests. Cooking facilities, a washing machine and dining area are provided in the fully fitted kitchen. Cairngorms National Park is just under an hour’s drive from the cottage and offers a wide range of sporting activities such as mountain biking, golf and horse riding.
