Housed in a modernist traditional Modernist building, the apartment comes with modern furnishing and parquet flooring. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and kitchenware; while the bright living room comes with sofas and a flat-screen TV, and opens onto a balcony with city views. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. A 10-minute train ride will take you to central Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas; Provença Train station is just 3 minutes’ walk away. If you arrive at the apartment more than 1 hour later than your pre-arranged check in time without notifying, there is an extra charge of 10 EUR. A prepayment deposit via online payment link is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide the payment instructions. Please note that an additional charge of 30€ (check-in from 21:00) / 40€ (check-in from 23:00) will apply for late check-in.
