Online Check-in: • As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online. • A damage deposit of €300 is required, payable by card before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. • Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit. Upon Arrival: • There will be no personal welcome at the apartment. • You access the buidng with a link and the apartment with a code. • Access instructions for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed. Additional Rules: • Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed. • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. • Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys.Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund.
