About Catalina
Catalina is a two-storey property that has retained the traditional country charm. The ground floor boasts a separated spacious kitchen with a table and chairs as well as a bright and spacious dining/living area with a fireplace which patio doors open onto the terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms; a twin bedroom another twin bedroom -beds together- each with en-suite shower-room. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a separate shower room. An interior stairs leads to the first floor has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the pool area with nice views of the surroundings. The farmhouse is surrounded by mature gardens containing a variety of fruit and olive trees. The terrace with superb open views of the surroundings has a table and chairs to enjoy a nice meal. Its lovely L-Shaped style pool (7.85mx 3.85m) with roman steps it is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun beds to sunbathe.
