Casa del Sol provides a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchenette in Tamarindo, 100 metres from Tamarindo Beach. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features garden views, a picnic area, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The guest house will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a bath. Units come with a patio boasting an outdoor dining area. At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Sightseeing tours are available in the surrounding area. A bicycle rental service is available at the guest house. Tamarindo Airport is 4 km from the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Casa del Sol in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We will charge a late check-in fee of USD20 (cash only) from 20:00 to 22:00. Guests arriving after 22:30 will not be able to be accommodated due to no one being at the property to receive them. Please note that 13% taxes are not included in the rate. Please note that kids under 12 are not accepted at this property. Please note that the property parking lot is free to use but is outside the property. Parking is available outside the property in the street. Please note that we do not accept non-registered guests on site in any case, due to the intimacy of the place. The establishment may charge 50% of the total amount of the price of the reservation or a maximum of USD 150 at any time after booking. Our whole neighborhood is developing at the moment, and construction noise is taking place from 06:00–07:00 to 17:00 -19:00, except from December 20, 2024, through January 5, 2025. Some units may be affected by noise in the outside area. Please note that renovation work is taking place at the property next door, starting on January 6, 2025, until further notice, hopefully October 2025. We have a price lower than usual to make the rental more attractive. Please notice, we do not allow pets.
