The apartment can accomodate up to 6 persons : - 2 persons in the first double bedroom. - 3 persons in the second double bedroom. - 1 person in the living room. Supplied: kitchen with gas cooker 4 hobs, electric oven, garden of roughly 30 m², washing machine, TV. Pets are allowed. A 3-minute walk from Lake Maggiore shores, Al 25 is centrally located in Belgirate. It has a small furnished patio where guest can dine. Set on 3 floors, the house features a kitchenette and living area with sofa bed. The 2 bathrooms come with a bath or shower. Al 25 is 7 km from Stresa. Arona is a 15-minute drive away. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
