Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. A 30% deposit will be taken off your credit card at the time of booking. The balance and bond is due 30 days prior to arrival. The property will send you a booking slip and accompanying “terms of stay” document. This must be completed and returned at least 30 days prior to your check in along with a copy of your driver’s license. If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upon booking.
