Villa Casanova is a modern, very well maintained holiday villa with stunning views from the pool terrace and the upper terraces to the sea, the mountains, and the whole area. The villa consists of 2 floors and is very comfortable. Beautiful outside area with summer kitchen, private pool, etc. Offering fantastic views of Denia Bay, Villa Casanova features an outdoor pool and sun terraces with loungers. Located in Denia’s Las Rotas area, the nearest beaches are 5 minutes’ drive away. Bright and spacious, the villa includes free Wi-Fi and a spacious living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and fireplace. Its kitchen includes an oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with a king-size bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outdoors there is another kitchen area with a grill, gas hob and drinks fridge, as well as a semi-covered dining area. There is also a small play area for children. Denia city centre is a 5-minute drive away and has a range of eating options and shops. Montgó Nature Reserve is just 10 minutes away by car. Private parking for 2 cars is available at the property Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
