Urban Rest Battersea is located within the Bloom Nine Elms apartment complex. All keys are to be collected from the concierge at the East building, located at 55 Nine Elms Lane, London SW11 7DS. On arrival at Bloom East, press the call button on the access panel to the right of the entrance door, then enter and go to the reception desk on your left. Inform the team that you are an Urban Rest guest checking in. You will be given your apartment number and a key fob, which provides access to the building, your apartment, and shared areas. Kindly note that Urban Rest has units in both the East and West buildings, which are adjacent to one another. To call the lift: hold your fob against the black reader panel beneath the up button. When you hear a continuous beep and see a green light, you can call the lift by pressing the up button. Upon entering the lift, press your floor number. Once at your apartment, hold the fob against the reader on your door to unlock it.
