The Bay Apartments offers a 3-level apartment that is accessible by stairs only, nestled in beautiful Rainbow Bay at the southern end of the Gold Coast. Ideally situated within a short walking distance to Rainbow Bay Beach, Point Danger, 3 Surf Clubs, Jack Harbour, Twin Towns, restaurants, cafes and Coolangatta & Tweed Heads shopping centres. Located 10 minutes’ drive from Gold Coast Airport, 15 minutes’ drive from Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, and 25 km from Surfers Paradise. Local beaches are patrolled and great for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, or a family picnic. The apartments are spacious open-plan living, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms featuring a fully self-contained kitchen and laundry facilities. They each have private furnished balconies overlooking a lagoon-style saltwater swimming pool and tropical gardens. The property also features a hot tub and a barbecue area with outdoor seating for your enjoyment, and free unlimited WIFI. A perfect beach getaway for families, friends and couples. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The Bay Apartments is a "SMOKE FREE" complex. No smoking is allowed anywhere within or outside the complex. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
