Liked: The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport, which makes it a great choice for a short stay or transit.
A special thank you to Khim at the reception for the warm welcome and excellent service. I would also like to appreciate the gentleman from Bihar who kindly assisted me with my luggage, as well as the receptionist who helped me during check-out. They were all friendly, courteous,( sorry couldn’t remember their names ) Could be better: The room felt a bit outdated compared to similar properties I have stayed at.
Although I only stayed for a few hours, I found it difficult to locate the restaurants as no information was provided during check in apart from being told that the hotel has three restaurants. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the front desk provided a brief overview of the hotel’s facilities, dining options, and available amenities during check-in.
Additionally, the in-villa dining prices were quite expensive. Considering the overall room rate and dining costs, I expected better value for the price paid.
