Staff are very friendly, starting from reception , Ayush has helped us with checkin and checkout process and was able to help us with early check-in and explain all the activities and features that property offers. Restaurant staff are velu friendly and food is high quality and tasty, bit pricey but understandable as the High end property should offer. Overall my stay is very good and I've thoroughly enjoyed it.

Liked: Location of the property and view of the valley was excellent Could be better: Size of the bathroom was very small. The staff was non-cooperative and the facilities were not available to say it a 5-star resort. I have booked privilege suit and paid a hefty amount for it, but with a big-sized room, bathroom was very small. May be for 4*6 size which also have WC and a washbasin in it and has left no space to bath. I will not recommend this property to family and never at this price. This should be a 3 star property at good location. Food quality is very bad. This property is at very good location but the rooms are tidy and staff is non-cooperative.
