Milan apartments for rent by Halldis are the perfect alternative to traditional hotels. Our portfolio offers a large variety of fully serviced private apartments and residences for rent throughout Milan! Halldis realizes this potential and offers fully-equipped, serviced apartments in some of the most attractive places all over the city: the famous Duomo; the lively Navigli area; the picturesque Brera and Moscova districts; Repubblica and Central Station; Corso Sempione and Corso Como, famous for their nightlife; Porta Venezia, Corso Buenos Aires and Montenapoleone for shopping enthusiasts; the new area of Porta Nuova where the “Vertical Forest” skyscraper stands out and last but not least the surrounding areas of Milan, which are ideal to reach fairs and events. Solaria Halldis Apartments is a collection of independent properties all located in Porta Nuova, in the Solaria Tower. Porta Nuova buildings have been designed by both Italian and foreign architects chosen during prestigious international competitions. ‘Solaria’ is a residential building of exclusive conception, designed by a famous architecture firm of Miami: it is composed of three wings, connected by a central core. Being 143 meters high, ‘Solaria’ offers unique views, encompassing Milan city centre, its cutting-edge skyscrapers and, in the background, the Alps. Moreover, all the apartments are incredibly bright thanks to the triple exposition and the big balconies with frosted glass balaustrades. The building comprises: reception open 24 hours a day, bicycle parking, car drop-off, welcome area for guests and stroller parking. The guests’ security is guaranteed by a modern CCTV-camera system. ‘Solaria’ is located in the futuristic district of Porta Nuova, the beating heart of the new Milan, between Piazza Città di Lombardia -home to the cutting-edge building of the Lombardy regional government- and Porta Garibaldi railway station. All around, you find some of the most important buildings of the urban renewal project: the Unicredit Tower -the tallest Italian skyscraper- Piazza Gae Aulenti, located 6 meters above the street level and stage of key events of Milan fashion and culture, and the Diamond Tower. The area was also chosen by Google as its Italian headquarters (at the Zigghurat or Pyramid building, designed by the architect William McDonough). Each apartment will provide a fully fitted kitchen with kitchenware, stoves, fridge, and one private bathroom with shower. All the properties have one or more bedrooms, living room, house linens (sheets and towels), and TV. More details of each unit can be found in the respective description and confirmation emails which you will receive after booking the accommodation. Please inform Solaria Halldis Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
