Liked: The location was excellent, right on Passeig de Gràcia and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Fresh towels were provided every day, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quality of the hotel Could be better: The only downside was the housekeeping service. Although fresh towels were provided every day, the room was not fully cleaned daily, and amenities such as toothbrushes and other toiletries were not restocked. We expected a more thorough daily housekeeping service.
