The staff are without question the best I have encountered. Friendly and so helpful.
The hotel itself is a gem. Great facilities and location. I've yet to avail myself to the Spa but soon I will.
The buffet breakfast has to be one of the best and afternoon teas with finger food are a nice way to have a break from the afternoon heat.
A lovely experience it always is staying at the Sakyo Could be better: No faults to be found here

The hotel itself is perfectly located in the hustle and bustle of district 1 with everything on its doorstep and the facilities are excellent. But above all the service and hospitality from the staff are incredible and will make you stay enjoyable. Could be better: The air conditioning in my room took a little while to reach peak efficiency but otherwise the room was super comfortable
