Sanctuary Lakes Fauna Retreat offers self-contained, Melanesian-style villas overlooking a lake and surrounded by 10 acres of tropical nature reserve. It is 300 metres from the beach in Hervey Bay. All the villas of the Sanctuary Lakes Fauna Retreat come with kitchenette facilities, private balcony, air conditioning and TV with DVD player. Free wifi is available to all guests at various locations around the retreat - it may not be available in all villas The resort has a swimming pool and barbecue facilities. All tours can be booked through reception. Close to the Sanctuary Lakes Fauna Retreat you will find the Urangan shopping centre and the fish co-op market. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the credit card and photo ID presented upon check in must be in the same name as the guests name on the booking confirmation. Free wifi is limited to 500mb every 24 hours. We are not pet friendly and guests cannot bring pets with them.
