Upgraded WiFi service is available throughout the property. The modern accommodation comes with a living room and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with international and Chinese channels. A separate study room provides ample working space. Kitchen equipment are available upon request. The accommodation also comes with a dining area. Rooms also come equipped with hot/cold water purifier machines. Bathrooms are en suite and come with slippers. Guests can also request for laundry services. All apartments, studios and facilities are accessible by elevator. Friendly staff are fluent in English, Malay and Chinese. Union Pay is accepted here. 1) Tourist Tax: Effective 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt. 2) Credit Card Policy: The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the guest staying at the property. For third-party bookings, an authorization form, along with a copy of the cardholders ID and credit card, is required. 3) Car Parking: On-site parking is available, subject to additional charges. Identification & Requests: Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
