All private villas feature 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 or 10 persons. The villas are fully air-conditioned and have a modern interior with separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is free wireless Internet, Satellite TV and washing facilities on the property of the villa. Merlot Villas is a 15 minutes walk from the High Rise Area, with its shopping and dining. The villa is 3 km from Tierra del Sol Golf Course. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
