Last Sun at The Cove is one of the most picturesque locations in Park City. This unit offers luxury quality, top of the line amenities and an incredibly spacious layout. In the summer, the pool and clubhouse are available to guests as well. This gorgeous townhome is built on three levels, and approximately 4500 square feet in size. The entry level is the top floor of the townhome and consists of the main living space with the kitchen, dining area and living room combined into a spacious great room. Also on this level the Master Bedroom, laundry room and a custom installed ski prep room are located. Goes downstairs one level to find the second and third bedroom suites overlooking the lower level family room. On the bottom level of the property is the spacious family room with lots of cozy furnishings and a beautiful pool table. The fourth bedroom and access to the private hot tub are also on the lower level. The living room is beautiful open great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The family room is open space located on the bottom floor of the town house. The kitchen has a top of a line gourmet appliance. Bedding includes a two king bed, one queen bed and a four king beds. This unit can accommodate eight guests.
