Liked: Michi was so helpful at check-in by walking us to the villa and explaining a bit about the villa’s history and amenities. When we needed to forward our luggage, he was also the person that helped us by writing the information in Japanese to better assist the delivery person. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The only improvement we could recommend is that the seats sink a bit too much and needs to be repaired. Will recommend K’s Villa Matsumi-an to anyone that will listen.
