It is about a 3-hour drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay. Cruise itinerary and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather and operating conditions. Unused services are not subject to a refund. In case of bad weather on the departure date, the cruise will be cancelled by Halong Bay Local Port Authority. Excursion boat will be used during the 2nd day for deeper exploration of the bay. Cabin allocation aboard remains unchanged. It will be surcharged for transportation service ( shuttle bus round trip Hanoi – Halong - Hanoi ). Please contact the cruise office directly for more details about transportation time and pick-up point. Guests are expected to contact the property at least 3 days prior to arrival. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least 01 week prior to arrival date. For overnight registration on the bay, all guests must provide the following information 3 days before arrival date: full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, Vietnam visa expiry date ( if applicable ). Our private pier is located at N22, Port 2, Tuan Chau Island, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. Boarding time is between 11:30AM to 11.55AM. Guests are supposed to arrive at the pier no later than 12:00PM. In case of late arrival (after 12:05PM), a surcharge is applied for Tender pick up. For late arrival after 13.30PM, we cannot arrange transfer boat for you anymore.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
