Could be better: No air conditioning. Hard to find Air conditioned rooms in Lucerne. Staff did their best to accommodate us with fans and ice. We arrived during a heatwave which we did not expect during late June. Rooms were quite small. Bathrooms a bit pokey.

The walk to old town was 15ish minutes and it was a BEAUTIFUL scenic walk through the lakeside promenade we couldn’t have dreamed it better. The staff there were also so amazing and super helpful! We loved Bangin Salih he was so nice and helpful! We will definitely be coming back and staying there again!!
