External noise (central location) Due to the central location of the accommodation, disturbances from external noise (pedestrians on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction) may occur. No compensation will be provided for this. Trash It is forbidden to leave trash bags in the buildings common areas. Keys Please always keep your keys with you. Assistance to open the door after 9:00 PM: €25 In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the lock, the costs of repair or duplication will be borne by the guest.
