South Pier is a 3-minute walk along the seafront, and Lowestoft Rail Station is 0.5 miles away towards the shopping area, there is also a bus route that operates from outside the hotel. Key collection, registration and facilities are all situated in Best Western the Hatfield Hotel, which is located opposite the Hatfield Lodge.
