This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly asked to pick up the keys at the following addresses: Marienplatz 11 A&E GmbH (1st floor), 82467, Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The office is open during the check-in hours from Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 18:00. Please note that late check-in after 18:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 18:00 to 21:00 EUR 10; - After 21:00 EUR 15. All check-ins after 18:00 on the weekends or public holidays are done through self-check-in process. A video instruction will be sent to the guest in advance via mail or phone. Please contact the property 30 minutes in advance of your arrival in Garmisch to arrange the key collection. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note payment of the service charge is obligatory. The service charge includes incidental costs, bed linen, towels and laundry service.
