The historic main building from 1897 exudes romantic charm and elegance with its national romantic style, while the modernist wing, built in the 1950s, reflects the design traditions of the time. Here, we offer a timeless Scandinavian style with clean lines and functional solutions, characteristic of mid-20th-century Danish design. At First Hotel Grand, you will find the seafood restaurant “Grand’s Fiskerestaurant” and Grand Bar. Here you can indulge your taste buds and relax with a well-shaken cocktail. Start your day in the restaurant and enjoy the large and well-prepared breakfast buffet. The hotel also features a Salon, Lounge, fitness center, two large halls, and several smaller meeting rooms, perfect for conferences, parties, concerts, and other enjoyable events. We offer 8 different room categories, ranging from standard single rooms to Junior Suites across 135 rooms. All rooms are individually decorated and vary in size and style. For parking during your stay at the hotel, we refer to the many public parking spaces around the hotel and in the parking garage behind the hotel at Store Gråbrødrestræde 12. Please note that due to the age of the historic buildings, they are not accessible for guests with mobility impairments. First Hotel Grand also does not offer accessible toilet facilities.
