Liked: Storm Amy hit during our stay… limited back up with no power or heat & no recompense for lack of breakfast facilities etc. Poor communication from staff regarding the whole situation. Passages to rooms had emergency lighting but off prior to checkout & no windows to light passages. Lack of signage in a rabbit warren of passages, corridors & small flights of stairs to find way out/ reception etc.
Disappointing, small room despite paying extra for a sea view. No window in bathroom so no light during powercut.
However, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Liked: Great place to stay, food is good but across the street dining is a must! Harbour Restaurant! Go for real our best meal on our trip!

Liked: The room was small and dated with a questionable carpet. The bathroom was clean and big which was truly the only reason I didn’t leave and sleep in my car. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were thin and also flat/hard. I may have been able to sleep out of pure exhaustion but I could hear the person in the neighboring room snoring, so no chance.
