Check-ins outside of those hours must be approved by the manager, no less than 24 hours prior to check-in. Late check-ins are subject to a fee of USD 10. Group reservations (5 guests and more) will be charged 15% non-refundable deposit one week prior to arrival. Any cancellation of the day of Check-in will be charged the 50% to 100% of the entire rate due (over all days) for groups. Group reservations policies vary and are listed on our website, but require at least 1 week cancellation to receive a 100% refund.
