There is a minimal cleaning fee required to help restore the home to a clean and fresh state for the next guests. This service fee covers changing linen, and deep cleaning throughout but we ask that you please clean any dishes used and place all garbage in green dumpster before checkout to avoid a surcharge. The house only accommodates 7 so please limit guests to this number. All guests and any expected visitors to the home must be booked as members of the party. No one is allowed on the property, even to visit, without prior approval. If more than 7 guests or unauthorized guests are on the premises at any time, you risk forfeiting your stay, your deposit, your full payment and additional fees. Safety and security are very important. For the added protection of our guests and the contents of our home, the home is equipped with a state-of-the-art ADT security system with 24 hour monitoring, a high-decibel external siren and external cameras to help monitor the grounds of the home. The system has a back-up battery to power the alarm in the event of a power outage but cameras, and internet (Modem and Router) must remain plugged at all times. Please be sure to lock all doors and windows and activate security system when you are not occupying the home. You will have the home exclusively to yourself during your stay but we encourage you to store your valuables in a secure location. We will not be liable for missing items. Guests are encouraged to complete the walk-through inspection form and report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of their stay. The cost of any missing or broken items will be charged to guest’s account upon checkout inspection. Minimum age of primary renter is 21 and will be verified by a selfy of renter holding a valid copy of state-issued photo ID or passport. The primary renter will be required to be present in the home during the duration of the reservation/stay and be fully liable for any unlawful activity which takes place or damages inquired during the term of the rental agreement which will be provided for review and signature prior to check-in.
