Liked: As im a regular visitor in trust the brand and it's service. Could be better: I booked two triple occupancy rooms...but was allowed only one person per room and was charged extra money for the rest of my guests and the worst part of it was the rude behavior of operation manager. It was quite insulting and humiliating. Overall it was a bad experience.
