We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adaptors. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses. Twice a year, the restaurant on the ground floor, need access to clean their ventilation equipment, which is located outside, at the rear of the property. They attend, accompanied by the manager, and only need access for a couple of hours. They walk straight through the apartment and only ever enter again when they leave. We provide the door codes, so guests do not need to stay in for their visit.
