Is SearchSpot free?

Yes. The free plan gives you one active trip, 50 AI planning actions every 30 days and an itinerary review every 90 days. Avid Traveller (₹999 for 365 days) and Obsessed Explorer (₹299 for 30 days) take our markup off eligible bookings and raise those limits. Neither renews by itself.

What can I book through SearchSpot?

Flights, stays and travel eSIMs, all in one checkout, plus activity tickets where they're available.

What happens if my hotel's price drops after I book?

SearchSpot keeps checking the price until free cancellation ends. If it drops, SearchSpot alerts you so you can rebook at the lower rate before the deadline. Every check shows up in your booking's Price watch.

Can my friends plan with me?

Yes. Share the trip and everyone sees the same plan. Friends can vote and comment on every stop, and editors can add their own finds.

Can I talk to a real person?

Yes. Our support team is on WhatsApp and phone 24×7 for your bookings. For hands-on help with the whole trip, add human trip planning (from ₹1,999 per trip) or assisted monitoring on the days you travel (₹499 per travel-day), on any plan.

Will SearchSpot tell me about festivals, weather or closures?

Yes. SearchSpot flags what's happening on your dates, before you book and while you're there, and our team checks disruption alerts before they reach you. Every plan gets essential trip alerts, Avid Traveller covers all your trips, and Obsessed Explorer adds priority monitoring.

Can I plan from an Instagram reel?

Yes. Share the reel to @searchspot.ai on Instagram, and SearchSpot finds the places in it.

Does SearchSpot remember what my group likes?

Yes. It remembers food, interests and needs, for you and for the people you travel with. You can edit or remove anything from your profile, and once you remove something it stays removed.

Do I need a local SIM card when I travel?

No, if your phone supports eSIM. Buy a travel eSIM from SearchSpot, with your trip or on its own. Install it before you fly and you have mobile data when you land. Your WhatsApp and regular number keep working.

Can I get reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes. Turn on WhatsApp reminders for a trip to get a nudge before each plan and a check-in after. They're off until you switch them on. How many you get depends on your plan.
